Julie Chen Moonves will host the popular reality show that has been a summer sensation Big Brother. The show returns to CBS on the 5th of August to begin the second season. Chen Moonves has been involved in The Talk since 2010, where she was moderator as well as host. Her true passion was when she began writing and received an Emmy. The fact that she hosted an amazing entertainment talk show has earned her another Emmy. Her experience in the news industry made her a natural for the switch to The Talk, which examines current events and topics through the eyes by five women hosts.Chen Moonves served as co-host on CBS News' weekday morning broadcast The Early Show from 2002 until 2010. The previous assignments included anchoring the CBS Morning News and The Early Show. After the terrorist attacks on 9/11, Chen Moonves tracked down the father and leader hijacker for an exciting and exclusive interview. Chen Moonves also reported for the Emmy-winning CBS Sunday Morning news programme, profiling celebrities like Jamie Lee Curtis and Paula Abdul. Chen Moonves has also worked with the CBS's New York City station WCBS as a reporter, anchor, and anchor (1997-1999). Prior to entering CBS News in 1995, Chen Moonves had been an anchor and reporter for WDTN TV Dayton.
